The price of rental and selling in Singapore is going mad, they are going up up up… and no look back at least for now.
Just receive some emails today, a whole HDB unit in Tampines for 3 bedrooms is S$1800 woow… last year for that price we can get a condo unit.
Thank God we are still in our old contract and our landlord doesn’t disturb us about this price hike.
