Princess Hours is a drama that starts with the interesting premise; What if modern Korea were a constitutional monarchy with a king?, and offers two types of fun; the romance arising between a noble prince and an ordinary girl, and the familiarity of all this happening in modern-day Korea. A perfect boy from a noble bloodline, with good looks and a sense of unpolished beauty has to marry against his will at the age of 17. An ordinary girl from an ordinary family, with a clumsy character, average grades and average looks oversteps the prejudice and barriers surrounding her. The process how they fall in love with each other unfolds with excitement.

Spring Waltz is the fourth and final installment of Yoon Suk Ho's season drama series. The first drama was Autumn Tale, followed by Winter Sonata and Summer Scent.

Synopsis:
What if you could never forget that one person? The person you shared that spring with? In order to escape debts, Jaeha and his father runaway to the family’s home town, a small island isolated from the rest of the world.

While Jaeha’s father goes on a short trip, he leaves his son under a friend’s care. Scared his father would not come back, Jaeha begins collecting money to buy his own boat ticket.

However, his plans change after befriending Eunyoung, the father’s friend’s daughter. Eunyoung was born with a sickness and spent most of her childhood at home.

She constantly prays to make a friend, and she finds this friendship in Jaeha. However, after a tragic accident, the two are split…only to meet again after 15 years.

There have been many new reviews coming out very recently. To start it off, GameSpot just recently reviewed Civilization IV. The game earned a 9.4 out of 10, superb by GameSpot's rating system. GameSpot gave the game a perfect 10 in game-play, an 8 in Graphics, an 8 in Sound, a 9 in Value and a Tilt of 10.

Here is an excerpt from the 3-page review:

Even single-player and multiplayer options have been improved in Civ IV. The single-player game offers much-improved artificial intelligence that seems to cheat much less than in previous games, or not at all. In the single-player game, rival nations won't mysteriously explore the entire world in two turns, nor will they use those two turns to magically build a network of five cities where there were none before. Computer-controlled nations will also make much more reasonable bids at the table, but they can't be easily bribed with small handfuls of cash, either. The single-player difficulty seems to scale extremely well by offering a very gentle introduction for beginners at the lowest levels and a suitably tough challenge for experts at the highest levels.

Picks' Tribute to the Simpsons is my homage to the world's favourite and longest running animated sitcom.

One cannot help but love the Simpsons; Homer's insatiable food cravings, Marge's tall blue hair, Bart's prank calls to Moe's Tavern, Lisa's moodiness and the rest of the characters provide us with hours of entertainment.

This site has been on the web for over 6 years and I'm proud to say it has been visited by thousands of fans, had a few makeovers and has even survived the great shutdown of '97 by Twentieth Century Fox. Web Link

Some say Jack Carver settled down in Micronesia because he was on the run from past mistakes… And while it’s true that the dishonorable discharge and the price on his head made it hard to earn an honest living, that never stopped Jack before.

A few years and lot of boat trips later and Jack can almost imagine that life was always this simple. Maybe that’s why he doesn’t smell trouble when Val Cortez shows up at his dock with her cameras and her swimsuit and a day-pack full of cash. Or when she asks him to take her to the Jacutan islands, a remote archipelago that the locals know enough to avoid…

Now his boat and livelihood are so much burning debris, Val’s disappeared, and everywhere he runs Jack finds more wackjobs in fatigues trying to shoot him or blow him up or run him over. Taking control of one of two real-world city busses used in Tokyo, you get to experience all facets of driving a bus. Press buttons at the right time to make announcements, open and close the doors, switch your blinkers on and off, check your rear-view mirrors, and above all else, protect the rules of the road by not going too fast, not running red lights, and especially not hitting people or other objects.

Two modes of play are available: Isho Mode and Driver Mode. In Driver Mode, you play as a bus driver and work your way through eighteen courses. Break driving rules, and you lose points; lose enough points and the game ends. This time around, passengers will let you know how you're doing by sending you mail following their ride. Isho mode has one player driving while the other player takes on a passenger support role, helping passengers push the button indicating they'd like to get off the bus.

Sony's new console will fully support the company's proprietary Blu-ray format for its gaming discs, the same format the company is pushing for next generation DVDs. Most importantly, for those with many PlayStation games, the PS3 is backwards compatible with both PlayStation and PS2 games.

The PS3 will use a Cell processor built by IBM running at a speed of 3.2 GHz. Sony claims that this processor is nearly twice as fast as the Xbox 360 CPU running at the same speed due to Cell technology.

Powering the graphics within the new console is a chip that Nvidia custom built for the PS3. The two companies will bring something called the RSX Graphics Processor, which will allow for life-like game characters and scenes. It will enable the PS3 to power up to 2000 by 1000 pixels in real-time and take advantage of high-definition televisions for gaming - up to two of them for a 32:9 aspect ratio.

Due to the power available with the new console, gamers will now be able to listen to digital music, watch video or look at photos, use the PS3 video communication, and access the Internet even while gaming.

Sony expects the console to be available in the Spring of 2006.

Light travels through space at 299,792 kilometers (186,282 miles) per second. But the stars we see in the night sky are so distant that we use light-years to measure how far away they are.

A light-year is the distance light travels in one year: 9.46 trillion kilometers (5.88 trillion miles)! Even the closest star to us, Proxima Centauri, is 4.2 light years away, which means it takes 4.2 years for that star’s light to reach us on Earth.

Your birthday star is a star whose distance in light years is the same as your age. The light from your birthday star left that distant star on the day you were born and has taken your entire lifetime to reach your eyes.
